We offer you secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience at Mutkleid as easy as possible.
The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.

PAY WITH PAYPAL
If you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment page.
There, you can log in to your PayPal account and complete your payment.
If PayPal offers this option for your transaction, you may also be able to pay with an eligible debit or credit card without logging in to PayPal or creating a PayPal account.
To do so, select the appropriate debit or credit card payment option on the PayPal payment page and follow the instructions provided.
Please note that PayPal Guest Checkout is not available for every order. Availability is determined by PayPal and may depend on factors such as your location, transaction details, and PayPal's security and eligibility requirements.

We accept eligible credit and debit cards displayed at checkout.

When paying by credit or debit card, your payment information may be securely processed by external payment service providers.
Where your payment information is processed directly by an external payment service provider, Mutkleid generally does not store your full credit or debit card number.
Please carefully review your billing and payment information before submitting your order.
After submitting your order, you will generally receive an electronic order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your purchase has been accepted or that a contract has been concluded. The details regarding order acceptance and contract formation are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
If you have questions regarding a charge, authorization, or declined payment, you may also need to contact your bank or card provider.
DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
If you have a valid discount or promotional code, you can enter it in the designated field during checkout.
After entering the code, click “Apply” to apply the discount to your order.
Please check before completing your payment that the discount has been correctly reflected in the total amount.
Promotional codes may be subject to certain conditions, including:
- Validity periods
- Minimum order values
- Selected products or collections
- Specific customer groups
- Other promotional conditions
Unless otherwise stated for a particular promotion, multiple discount codes may not be combined.

PAYMENT PROBLEMS
We support PayPal as well as eligible credit and debit card payments, where these options are offered at checkout.
If your credit or debit card payment is declined, this does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your card.
A payment may be declined by your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider for security or authorization reasons.
If your payment is unsuccessful, you can try the following:

Use PayPal
If PayPal is offered at checkout, you can select PayPal as your payment method. -
Use PayPal Guest Checkout, if available
If PayPal displays an option such as “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”, you may be able to pay without a PayPal account. This option is controlled solely by PayPal and may not be available for every order. -
Use another eligible card
If one card is declined, you can try another payment method accepted at checkout.
CARD PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL, IF AVAILABLE
If PayPal offers Guest Checkout for your order:

Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
Step 2
On the PayPal payment page, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” or the corresponding option, if displayed.
Step 3
Enter the requested payment and billing information and follow PayPal's instructions to complete the payment.
The payment options PayPal offers for a specific transaction are determined by PayPal and may vary from customer to customer.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices on the Mutkleid U.S. website are generally displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD / $).
For orders shipped to the United States, the applicable product prices, shipping costs, and any other charges will be displayed in U.S. Dollars.
For applicable Mutkleid deliveries within the United States:
Standard Shipping: $7.99
Express Shipping: $9.99
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $59.99
The final total cost applicable to your order will be displayed before you submit your order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please make sure that your shipping address, billing information, and contact details are complete and accurate.
- The payment methods displayed at checkout are the payment methods applicable to your order.
